Price validity
Our offer is valid only whilst stocks last. Should an item on order be temporarily or permanently unavailable, La Sarl La Branche d'Olivier shall inform the customer as quickly as possible. In the event that an item is temporarily or permanently unavailable, La Sarl La Branche d'Olivier reserves the right to offer a substitute item of equivalent quality and price. The customer is free to accept or decline this substitute item. Should the customer decline this offer, any payment made by the customer with regard to this purchase shall be refunded; La Sarl La Branche d'Olivier shall not be held responsible for any further indemnities.

2. Orders
Your order is handled in a series of data entry steps using successive screen-pages. In order to validate your order, you must accept the conditions of sale that appear on the page summarizing your order.
You have the possibility of modifying your order up until full payment has been made.
The SARL "La Branche d'Olivier" will confirm your order by e-mail. This confirmation will include a summary of all the items you have validated in the order.

3. Prices
The prices shown in euros are quoted inclusive of all taxes, but excluding postage.
The prices may be modified at any time. However, The Sarl la Branche d'Olivier undertakes to apply the price list in force shown on its Internet site at the time of ordering.

4. Payment
All items are to be paid for in full, upon ordering. Payment can only be made in euros by credit card (Blue card, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express), in which case you will be redirected to the secured P@iementCIC site. At no time whatsoever are we in possession of your credit card information: the bank simply informs us that a transaction corresponding to the full amount of your order has been received on our account.

5. Delivery
Orders are processed with your prior approval by us upon receipt of confirmation of payment. No guarantee as to delivery time is made with regard to your order.
For indicative purposes products, the subject of remote sale, are delivered by the French post office (La Poste) as soon as the weight is not exceeding 30 kilos and products are note XL compositions. In these cases, products are delivered by DHL. In case of XL compositions the client must make sure of easy access for delivery. If the delivery could not be realized for reasons of nonaccessibility reasons, the company sarl La Branche d'Olivier could not be held for responsible.

For the commands proceed via the "private sales" link sent to our customers, the sarl La Branche d'Olivier will wait for the end of the sale mentioned in the description of every private sales to make a statement of the orders. The delivery time comes into effect from this date of statement.

Delivery times will vary according to the destination. The Sarl la Branche d'Olivier cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.

For indicative purposes, here are the usual delivery times in working days:
France : D+6
UE et Switzerland: D+6 to D+10

Delayed delivery cannot give rise to any penalty or indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.

6. Time limit for retraction of order
You are given a time limit of 7 days from the date of receipt of your order to retract it. You must return the products to us in their original packaging, in perfect order and unused in order to receive a refund of the corresponding amount.

If the package is returned without being opened, the return costs are payable by us. On the other hand, if the package is opened, the return costs will be payable by you.

7. Risks and Warranty
The transfer of risks attached to the products sold by The Sarl la Branche d'Olivier shall take place upon handing-over of the products to the provider responsible.

If the products sent do not conform to your order, or should they be defective, they will be replaced. The return costs in this case are payable by us.

8. Invoices
An invoice showing a breakdown of your purchases will be included with your order.

The Sarl la Branche d'Olivier is the recipient of the information that is communicated to it. However, it may sell, hire out or exchange its client list. You may object thereto by writing to the aforementioned address.

10. Applicable law
Any question relating to these general conditions of sale, as well as to the sales governed by them, which might not be covered by these contractual stipulations, will be subject to French law to the exclusion of any other law.

11. Attribution of jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the application, interpretation or performance of these general conditions will be placed before the French courts.
